What size offices or teams do you work with?

How far in advance should I book a Wellness Day?
We recommend booking at least 3-4 weeks in advance to ensure availability and allow ample time for planning. However, we will do our best to accommodate last-minute requests, so feel free to reach out, and we’ll do what we can!
Do you provide virtual wellness options?

Will you travel to our office location?
